Information you give us
Our Contact form requires your name, email address and project message. Phone number and business name are optional. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and communicate about services or potential projects. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records.
We do not use inquiries to enroll people in newsletters, mailing lists, email campaigns or automated marketing.
Website entries and email
Inquiries are stored in our WordPress form system and are configured to generate an email notification. Authorized people handling inquiries may use these records to respond and manage business communications. Hosting, email and other technical providers may process information in delivering these services.
Additional form IP logging, form analytics and weekly form summaries are disabled. This does not erase historical records or prevent hosting and security systems from processing connection details such as IP addresses.
Technical services and cookies
The website uses WordPress and hosting services and references external Google Fonts resources. These services may receive technical connection information when resources load. A Hostinger Reach component remains in the current implementation although we do not intend to operate email marketing. Its connection and synchronization behavior have not been independently confirmed.
Cookies or similar browser technologies may support website, hosting and administrative functions. We do not characterize the website as cookie-free or tracking-free. An exhaustive anonymous cookie inventory has not been verified. Information is processed as needed for inquiries and technical service delivery; no claim is made that technical service providers receive no information.
Keeping information
Our proposed practice is to review ordinary unsuccessful inquiries manually within 12 months after the last meaningful contact and remove or anonymize information no longer needed. This practice is awaiting owner adoption and is not an automatic deletion system.
Customer and project records, records needed for disputes or legitimate recordkeeping, security logs and backup copies may need different or longer retention. The proposed inquiry review period is not a promise to erase every email, log or backup within 12 months.
Questions and requests
Contact us using the details above to ask about information you provided or request a correction or removal. We may need to verify the request and consider legitimate recordkeeping needs. We will review this policy when relevant practices change and show its approved effective date.
